Use of the One Step GPS ("One Step") devices and services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP).
Choose a strong password for the services and keep it secure and confidential. Do not re-use passwords that you use for other websites or services. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately.
If you purchase devices or services for others, such as your employees or contractors, you must ensure that they also comply with the user credential requirements.
You are permitted to use the One Step devices and services solely for your own personal or business purposes, which may include providing downstream services to your business’s clients or embedding the services into your own products or services.
You are responsible for obtaining any and all rights and consents from third parties necessary for you to use our devices and services. You must use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access and use of the services and prompt
You must comply with all applicable local, state, federal and foreign laws in using the our devices and services. It is your responsibility to understand the laws that are applicable to you.
You must use our devices and services only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you purchase our devices or services for use by others, you must ensure that those other parties comply with this AUP.
To the extent permitted by law, you may not, and may not cause or permit others to:
- Reproduce, modify, copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or other trade secrets from the services.
- Create any derivative work based on the services.
- License, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share, offer in a service bureau, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the services or any component thereof or any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information or intellectual property available to any third party other than users as permitted under your agreement with us.
- Use the services to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Copy any features, functions, integrations, interfaces, or graphics of the services.
- Send or store viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents, or programs.
- Send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racially, or ethically offensive, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material that is harmful to children or violates third-party privacy rights.
- Interfere with or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or proper functioning of the Services or the data contained therein.
- Perform benchmark testing on the services.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, probes, or tests or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems or networks.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any authentication or security requirements.
- Provide false or inaccurate information when registering your account.
- Use the services in any manner to compete with us or to develop a competing product or service.
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Use the services in violation of any of our published policies.
- Use the services as a substitute for personal supervision of others.
- Install devices in, or use the services to view data from any vehicle that is not owned or leased by you, or.
- Install devices in a manner that would void your vehicle’s warranty.
We have the right to investigate and may consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute any violations of law involving our devices or services.
If you cancel your service, you must return the One Step devices to us in working condition within 30 days. If you fail to return a device, or if it is not in working condition when we receive it, we will charge you for the devices at our then-current prices.
You will continue to be charged for the services until the applicable device is returned. Your invoice will be adjusted when we receive the canceled devices or when you pay the purchase price, as applicable.
This AUP will govern in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this AUP and your master subscription agreement. We may update this AUP from time to time and will inform you of the updates, either via in-app notifications or by posting an updated version of this AUP. Any violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access to and use of the One Step devices and services.
